A few facts & tips about our online store:

We do not charge your credit card until your product ships
We receive online orders on a daily basis, except weekends and holidays. Each order is processed and shipped out that same day or the next business day. If you haven't received your order in a week's time, please give us a call. Chances are it was lost in transit or perhaps there was a glitch in the ordering process and we didn't receive the order at all.

We only ship UPS ground to the contiguous 48 states. If you need another shipping method or live outside this area, please give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Minneapolis and Saint Paul both have an extra city tax of .5%. This will be added to orders shipped to addresses within those cities. If you're in Minnesota, but outside the cities of Minneapolis and Saint Paul, sales tax is charged at 6.5%. No sales tax is charged to orders outside of Minnesota. Sales tax is calculated on the total amount of merchandise plus the postage and handling charge.
